The agency hereinafter named « myusaeducation », assumes no responsibility for any action, and consequences arising from the decisions of each student after arriving on American soil.
Consequently, myusaeducation cannot be held liable towards any person for any damage whatsoever (direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive) resulting directly or indirectly from non-compliance with the clauses below:
- The student must be registered at the university where he was admitted.
- The student should recognize that it is their responsibility to pay the Sevis fees and to pay the tuition fees once they are enrolled in a US university.
- The fees are non-refundable.
- Every student needs to have an email address.
- A copy of 3 month bank statements with amounts in accordance with university requirements.
- The BAC diploma is required.
- Transcripts must be provided and all documents translated into English.
